Winter camping
After enjoying it very much two years ago, I came to Neustift again in 2025 before Christmas to go skiing and was very satisfied with the camper van at the campsite. The check-in and check-out was very friendly and everything was explained in detail.
The sanitary facilities are relatively newly renovated... and very well maintained. There is a pleasant atmosphere overall.
There is a ski room where you can dry and store your skis and ski boots.
I would love to come back.

Very nice campsite, good infrastructure and very clean. The sanitary facilities are top renovated and everything you need is there. The staff at reception are also very friendly.

Unfortunately, the sauna is closed on Saturdays. This is of course very annoying for us as weekend skiing guests, as Saturday is the only day we could have used the sauna. Our reason for choosing this campsite was the sauna. As this is now not the case, we will choose another campsite further up the valley next time, where you can stay free of charge until 17:00 on the day of departure.

The most unfriendly receptionist ever.
Great horror
We arrived without registering at around 7:30 pm. I asked for a place with my motorhome, 2 people, 1 dog and electricity for the transit. The gentleman at reception just shook his head, saying he already had everything ready and was busy on his cell phone. After he graciously agreed to start up the PC... again, he randomly entered some data several times. He then demanded 44 euros and justified the price with the high taxes and tourist tax costs. I then left the reception. While I turned my vehicle around, he stood in front of the door to make sure that I left the site.
Something like this has never happened to me in my 40 years of camping.
Unfortunately, I am therefore unable to rate any of the other review sections.

The seats are a little "chaotically arranged", so that the beautiful view is sometimes obstructed
Great CP with everything you need to feel comfortable
The plan was to stay at the campsite for just 3 nights. In the end, we extended our stay twice (thank goodness it always went smoothly) and stayed a total of 8 nights.
From the campsite you can explore the Stubai Valley; whether directly by bike, hiking, with the local bus or driving yourself (with the... guest card you can use many parking lots for free).
There is a Billa right in front of the campsite, so you can easily buy everything you need locally. The small center of the village, with some stores and delicious restaurants, is also very close and within walking distance.

The campsite itself has a playground including a trampoline for the kids.
There are 2 fountains providing cold, mountain-clear drinking water at all times.

We felt very comfortable and can recommend the campsite without reservation.

- The sanitary facilities have been completely renovated and are very clean and spacious. Become mega!!! - Location is ideal: in the center of Neustift. Supermarket, restaurants, bank, stores, ... at most a 5-minute walk away (if at all). 🚶 - Bus stops very close by (village center or Elferlift). We don't need the car at all in winter (as the bus is free with the guest card) and very little in summer. 🚌 - Reception is not always manned, but someone can always be reached via the call system. Always very helpful. ℹ️ - The main building is always very lovingly decorated. 💐 - There is a small playground for younger guests. - If you're looking for a bit of a buzz, you're in the wrong place - it's quiet here! You get used to the church and the river very quickly - don't worry! - Ski stable 👍🏼 - To get into the main house only possible with a card 💳 - Sauna in the main house is very small but very nice 🧖🏼‍♀️

Without question - we will be back!
We have been coming to Camping Stubai for 30 years now. Even when the sanitary facilities were getting on in years - everything was always very clean! We come here several times a year and now also use the apartments on the campsite. The apartment is not "modern" but very clean and practical!

Great place in a good location with friendly operators
We were there for the second time and would love to come again. The site offers everything you need at a fair price. Supermarket, stores, restaurants, bank, bus - everything nearby and within walking distance. A clear recommendation!

The site is located in the center of Neustift. All shopping facilities are just a short walk away. The sanitary facilities are very well maintained and are cozy and warm 24 hours a day in winter. There's also always a lively song to listen to 😊.

Great place in the middle of the mountains
We have been there 4 times already, in summer and winter, and always like to come back. The staff are very friendly and you always get a warm welcome.

Top campsite in a great location - absolutely recommendable
As already described in the advantages, the place is absolutely recommendable. The location is central and yet quiet in the immediate vicinity of restaurants, supermarkets and the Elfer cable car. The sanitary facilities are as good as new and clean and well maintained at all times. The host family is very friendly and always ready to help. Nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation here

We had a wonderful time! Kindly received at the reception and we could take the caravan to our place. The sanitary is now 2 years renewed and looks beautiful. Very spacious showers, clean toilets, really up to date. If you want to wash you can do so for €4 per washing machine and you could also dry it.... Furthermore, the campsite sits nice and close to the bus stop, so you can get to the Glacier, other bus stops or to Innsbruck for free and easily. Central location could not be more convenient, because 10 minutes walk and you can choose which restaurant to eat in.

Unfriendly and impersonal communication
A polite request is answered arrogantly, no thanks
A booking request was made for December 2024. So 11 months in advance. Ok, the place may be fully booked, but I expect a polite answer to a polite request, at least in the basics. The only thing that came back was "No places available at this time". Sorry, but if you've had enough, then stop and close.... I just find this answer cheeky and impersonal. You earn the money from the guests and not the other way around.

Super central location, elevator within walking distance, shopping facilities as well, bus stop opposite.
For us it has almost become a second home for several years, all the staff are super nice and incredibly helpful and we always feel very welcome, even with a dog no problem, for us pure relaxation in the Stubaital.
