Beautiful campsite with excellent, modern sanitary facilities. High-altitude location with guaranteed snow. Well-maintained cross-country ski trail directly next to the campsite. Ice rink and small sledding hill right beside the campsite, perfect for children. Close to ski areas Hochötz and Sölden. Extremely friendly and helpful owners.

Winter camping at its best
We stayed here during the Christmas holidays and had an excellent experience. The campsite is very well maintained and the sanitary facilities are modern, clean, and spacious. Due to the higher elevation there was snow everywhere, which made the atmosphere perfect for winter camping. A well-prepared... cross-country skiing trail runs directly along the campsite. There is also an ice rink and a small sledding slope next to the campsite where children can sled with tubes. The location is ideal, with the ski areas Hochötz and Sölden nearby. What truly sets this campsite apart are the owners. They are exceptionally friendly and helpful. After we had an accident with our camper on the way back from the ski area in Sölden, they supported us immediately and went far beyond what could be expected. A campsite that combines quality, location, and genuine hospitality.

Outstanding winter campsite with excellent facilities, a perfect snowy location, and exceptionally caring owners.

Unfortunately we had to pay for all 4 nights although we could only stay 2 because of sick children! I've never experienced that before and it's also not hospitable. Otherwise everything was great

We had chosen and booked a pitch near the forest on the internet. We were informed on site that the pitch was very shady and cool. We were able to get another pitch without any problems. Overall, we were very impressed.

Camping Ötztal in Längenfeld - advantages, experiences & tips
We spent two nights at Camping Ötztal in Längenfeld and felt completely at home. The site is very well-kept, clean and beautifully laid out - you can tell that a lot of love has been put into the details here. The sanitary facilities are modern, spacious and absolutely clean - really on a hotel level....

In bad weather, an indoor children's play area ensures a good mood. The staff are friendly, attentive and make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The location is also perfect: the Aqua Dome thermal baths are only around 250 meters away on foot - ideal for combining a day's camping with a visit to the thermal baths.

The only criticism is that the pitches are not completely flat.

Overall, a really recommendable campsite - well-kept, comfortable and with a great feel-good factor. We would love to come back!

This was our second time there and we will definitely be back. Can't find anything negative. Nice clean place, quiet location, you can shop directly in the village. There is also a great playground for children in the adjacent forest.

Expectations more than fulfilled
The place is really great, the sanitary building deserves 5 stars, just like in a hotel, always clean, rain showers, lots of toilets. The small but nice sauna is also a big plus! The location of the campsite is also wonderful with a mountain panorama, which you can enjoy particularly well on the sun... terrace. We were out and about on road bikes, mountain bikes and on foot, there are plenty of hiking trails for all needs and the highlight for me was the nearby Timmelsjoch by bike, followed by relaxation in the sauna. The infrastructure in Längenfeld leaves nothing to be desired. The hosts are all very friendly and accommodating. High praise! We want to come back again in the summer.

Very nice campsite, manageable size, luxurious sanitary building, everything very clean. The staff are very friendly and uncomplicated. The whole site is very lovingly designed, there is a lovely sun terrace on the roof of the recycling center. Great location for hiking, thermal baths within walking distance. We were there for the first time and only for a long weekend, but will definitely be back ;-)

We felt very comfortable at the campsite. The sanitary facilities are really great and very nice. Which is a pity.... you hardly have a chance to get a seat in the restaurant. We ordered takeaway pizza for the first evening.
It is mainly an ital. Restaurant. We would also have liked Tyrolean specialties... as the offer in Längenfeld also consists mainly of pizza. It feels like there are a lot of pizzerias in the Ötztal.
There are 2 rest days. Unfortunately we were hit hard. Difficult with the motorhome. Eating out with a motorhome is always a bit difficult.
The small mini market can't offer much either. Difficult for us overall, as we are traveling with the motorhome and are often dependent on a good offer at the campsite.

The shooting club is nearby and our dog had a severe "New Year's Eve" crisis. But we had his special medication with us to calm him down.

Nevertheless, we will probably book again next year :-). Now we know that we have to take good care of ourselves and that a shot can be heard.

Very nice vacation in the Öztal
It is a very nice, well-managed campsite that impresses with its clear structure, cleanliness and good location to wellness in the Aqua Dome and to the bus transportation. Längenfeld has everything you need, stores, supermarket and places to eat out. This makes it a good starting point for all kinds of tours. Highly recommended.

Our pitch was good and we enjoyed it overall. The only downside was the ground, as part of it had bare soil instead of grass, which was a bit uncomfortable. We would have preferred a full grass pitch, but of course we understand that this is not always possible.

We had a wonderful stay! The campsite has excellent facilities, it is very quiet, offers access to the nearby pool, easy entry to the Aquadome with a 10% discount, a lovely riverside walk, and a very good restaurant. Truly a fantastic experience!
