The Ötztal has a very good infrastructure overall. The public bus service is reliable and punctual, but often overcrowded, especially in the morning hours. The ski area is excellently developed and has extremely modern facilities.

However, due to the high capacity of the lifts, there are a lot of winter... sports enthusiasts on the slopes at the same time, which can pose an increased safety risk, especially in difficult snow conditions or on icy slopes.

Alongside Ischgl and Saalbach, Sölden is undoubtedly one of the highlights of the Alps. However, the overall prices are at the absolute upper limit - quality and popularity also have their limits in the end.

We will be happy to come back to your place (in summer for cycling) but certainly not again for skiing.

Very quiet, clean site with every comfort. Especially the direct gas connection is very comfortable and convenient in winter camping. The Kuprian family and the staff are always friendly and very keen to make the guests' stay unforgettable.

Perfect and very courteous!
A very positive and rare event:

We had booked a pitch (no.14) for our camper, binding for 2 nights. Our heating broke down on the first night. I therefore checked out early and wanted to pay the remaining amount for 2 nights, as agreed, because the operator was not responsible for our heating not working... and we left early.

Unbelievable in this day and age:

The lady at reception only charged me for one night without me asking! She didn't have to do that! Thank you again. It's not about the outstanding amount, but rather about this enormously kind gesture. Very nice people! We will definitely come back again.

The Mahlzeit restaurant is also top notch. Very good food, excellent service and good wines. Completely unusual for a restaurant on a campsite. It is run by two young, committed and professional men. A high light.

Very nice, cozy and in perfect condition common areas (sanitary, washing up, stay). Numerous large plots that allow distance to the neighbors Perfect infrastructure on the pitches (electricity, water). Very friendly reception and organization of the registration

The actual price of the campsite is not too high for what it offers, but the additional costs (sustainability fee, guest tax) are very high at 10.50 euros for 2 people, especially if you cannot take advantage of the guest card due to the type of stay.
Small and fine
We were actually only looking for a place to stay for a ski weekend and chose this place because of the good reviews.
Due to the time of year and the short duration of our stay, we weren't able to take advantage of many of the benefits offered by the site (size of the pitches, views from the terraces,... leisure activities with hikes, etc.).
Nevertheless, we were impressed by the condition of the site due to the new central building with a really beautiful ambience, so we are considering checking in for longer at another time of year.

The communication both electronically and on site was also very friendly and customer-oriented.

Super modern sanitary facilities with plenty of space. Great laundry room with rotary dryers. Perfect for drying towels overnight in October. Really cozy main house with a great chill-out area and perfect tables for socializing.

8 euros per hour for the sauna. 1 sauna session, a bit of rest and that's it. In my opinion, with the pitch prices, it should be included, or at least increased to 2 hours. I feel this way not only here, but at other campsites in this category. You don't just pay for the pitch, you pay for the pitch+plus size+electricity+water++++the list is getting longer and longer. But we felt very welcome.

Great campsite
The staff were very courteous and helpful. I felt very comfortable at the campsite. As I traveled at the end of October, the campsite was already very empty. Nevertheless, every effort was made to ensure a pleasant stay. The site was very clean and you didn't want for anything. Highly recommended.

My insider tip
We have been visiting the campsite for many years, both with a caravan for a family vacation and with a tent ("in a small circle").

On the one hand, it is away from the tourist hustle and bustle, i.e. pure relaxation. On the other hand, super close to the hotspots of Sölden, Gurgl and the thermal spa... in Längenfeld. Everything is easy to reach by public transport (even in summer), including arrival by train via Ötztal-Bahnhof.

The term "Naturcamping" is not just a marketing strategy here, but is really lived. For us/me, this is exactly our/my attitude to life.

Great place, great team, great concept, great location.

I'm looking forward to my next stay.

We had a wonderful time at this campsite! Situated in the middle of the mountains, with a fantastic view and a very familiar atmosphere - you immediately feel welcome. Everything is lovingly cared for, clean and well thought out. There really is everything you could wish for and you can tell that this place is run with heart and soul. We will definitely be back!

Fall vacation
We had a very good comfort pitch. There was a problem with our rod antenna from the motorhome and the boss immediately helped us out with a receiver and cable and connected everything up for us. The food in the restaurant was also very tasty. I would recommend this campsite at any time.

The campsite is located in the Sölden region, with good public transport connections to get everywhere. It is manageable in size and ideally located for hiking and cycling tours. It is pleasantly quiet as there is no large playground or pool, which we welcome, but could be a disadvantage for families... with children. The public facilities such as sanitary facilities, lounge, ski cellar, laundry room etc. are extremely clean at all times of the day. The restaurant is highly recommended.

The place is very quiet, spacious pitches, the staff very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was wonderful, bright, large shower cubicles with ceiling shower and hand shower
What I particularly liked were the various photos on the walls in the shower area.
Everything is very clean. Every day 2 cleaning ladies were busy cleaning everything. Always friendly, you didn't notice that you were disturbing them.

Taps fitted with photocells. They always turn off just when you don't want them to. The banging door to the men's toilets...it's annoying.
