One of the best campsites in Iceland
Great, lovingly laid out campsite in the middle of a small forest and garden area and therefore very sheltered from the wind. Each pitch is separated from the others by hedges and there is also a small tent meadow for campers without a car. The lounge and cooking area in a greenhouse is a great idea.... For the brave, there are two open-air showers that are protected from view - but the hot water won't leave you shivering. The only disadvantage (if there is one): Only cash payment is possible.
