We really enjoyed it, we have never done this before
They were all nice,polite,helpful,the dormitory is very clean and pleasant and nice to sleep in,the breakfast was very good,the toilets and shower area clean.will be very happy to come back to you.

One person working reception when checking in with many waiting. 20 minute wait Mini market only open 8-9.
Nice New Year Stay.
Really enjoyed our stay and we will return.
Ideal location to Innsbruck and the many winter activities available. Great bus service to city centre.
Our pitch was spacious and level and near a superb wash facility block where we opted for the private bathroom with a powerful hot shower.
Disappointing... check in after an 8 hour drive having to wait 20 minutes in reception due to lack of staff.
Then to find out that we couldn’t get anything from the mini market as it only opened from 8am-9am.
Campsite was almost full and unfortunate that there was not a bar (inside or out) to meet, socialize or enjoy the new year celebrations.

I stayed in the woody cabin and would highly highly recommend this campsite! Facilities were amazing and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and accommodating upon arrival. Beautiful location with mountain views, very peaceful. Bus from the campsite into Innsbruck was easy to use and always ran on time. Cannot fault this accommodation in any way.

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt
Mein Aufenthalt im Ferienparadies Natterer See war einfach außergewöhnlich. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber, wunderschön gelegen und bietet eine ruhige, entspannte Atmosphäre. Die Unterkunft war modern, gepflegt und äußerst komfortabel – man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Details gelegt wird....

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, professionell und hilfsbereit. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise fühlt man sich jederzeit willkommen und bestens betreut.

Die Umgebung, die Ausstattung und die perfekte Organisation machen diesen Ort zu einem echten Paradies.
Ohne Zweifel eine absolute Empfehlung – ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Barrel overnight stay
Very nice, well-kept campsite. We were greeted very politely by the staff and received extremely courteous service. The barrels we slept in were very lovingly decorated and everything was absolutely clean.
We would love to come back.

The complex is beautifully located and offers good connections, hiking, by bus to Innsbruck, no problem at all. The facilities are great and everything is very clean and beautiful.

Fantastic stay
Fantastic campsite, very friendly with great walks and scenery. Easy free bus to innsbruck. Surrounding area was easy to walk to and the staff on site very helpful and friendly. The toilets and showers were spotless and clean and plenty of room to change. Would stay again in future.

Wonderful week at Lake Natterer See
It was a very pleasant and relaxing stay. A very nice facility in a wonderful setting. Very modern and very clean sanitary facilities, and absolutely friendly staff. We felt very comfortable and will certainly be back.

The stay was great, super wash house, good mini market, clean pitches and a nice team. Innsbruck is easily accessible by bus during the day. Late in the evening only by car.
