We would love to come back. Simple pitch with electricity. Macinaggio nearby, shopping, cash machine, good food.

Idyllic, natural campsite
A very natural, pristine campsite in a eucalyptus/olive grove near the sea, which is a little ramified with different areas/levels for tents and motorhomes. Many of the non-parceled pitches are shady, but there are only a few pitches with electricity. At the friendly, somewhat English-speaking reception... you can order bread, have breakfast, order a wine/beer in the evening, but no meals. For this you have to walk to Macinaggio, about 2km away. The sanitary facilities are functional & clean (no toilet seats & paper) and the showers are a game of roulette (sometimes extremely hot, sometimes lukewarm, temperature cannot be adjusted). The site is very quiet and you can start a hike directly from here on the Zöllner path or go to the beach, although the nearby beach is full of seaweed (better: 2 km to the Plage de Tamarone, with snack bar). All in all, a nice place to switch off, feel good, chill out, hike - perhaps just the right thing if you have just arrived in Corsica or will soon be leaving it again.
At 22€ (2 pers./van, without electricity, no card payment possible) p.n. in the low season, it's a cheap place. We felt very comfortable here.

Quiet location. Everything you need is there. Sanitary clean.

Currently no bathing facilities in the immediate vicinity (seaweed). Bumpy and dusty access road.
Simple CP in quiet surroundings.
The location of the campsite is ideal for relaxing and hiking to Cap Corse. The nearest town is 1 km away for eating and shopping.
