I had booked for summer 2020 - CORONA.
In a letter from the campsite we were told to wait and see. We did so and waited to cancel.
At the beginning of June 2020, we decided to cancel.
We were charged € 100 - one hundred - as a cancellation fee.
were deducted. I think that's a pretty big deal.
Reference... was made to 01.03.20 (25,- € general cancellation + 75,- after 01.03.20). Cancellation would have been free of charge until then. Great date in Corona times.
I cannot understand this procedure at all.
