"Beautiful place by the river - Location directly on the Tarn and close to the town.sanitary simple but clean.the whole place very well maintained.staff friendly. To walk our dog we had to walk about 500m to the river Dourbie but no problem there

" - Very well run campsite in a good location for exploring Millau and the surrounding countryside of the Causses and Gorges. The site is situated on the river Tarn, with some pitches directly on the water and a view of the town of Millau, which is within walking distance. Sanitary facilities were always clean, but are a little older. There are pitches under shady trees (problematic for large caravans or camper vans) as well as sunnier pitches. There are opportunities for rafting, climbing, paragliding etc. in the immediate vicinity of the campsite. Due to this and the entertainment program of the neighbouring campsite, it is not always quiet - especially in the high season. However, we would come here again at any time.

Profil

Camping Les Erables is located east of the town of Millau, famous for its impressive viaduct, just 15 minutes away. You can relax by the pool or the Tarn River and enjoy the atmosphere of regular boules tournaments. The campsite …is near Puncho d'Agast, a mountain popular with paragliders, and only a stone’s throw from the Grands Causses National Park. The campsite itself is surrounded by nature, with grassy, peaceful pitches and many trees and hedges providing privacy. It’s a small, cozy site with about 70 pitches, and you can also rent a comfortable mobile home. For more relaxation, there’s a small swimming pool, and the Tarn River offers direct access to a small beach. In high season, you can join in the boccia tournaments and unwind with a drink afterwards. There’s also a small playground for kids, and a designated area with billiards, table tennis, and table football. The campsite has a cozy bar with a terrace, perfect for a snack, and there’s a small shop for essentials. For larger shopping trips, you can head to Millau, just a 15-minute walk away.
